Day 1


Core Competencies – Exercise - Role play highlighting effective versus ineffective trainers
Core Competencies – Group Presentation - Group discussion on the findings followed by presentation by groups on core competencies
Self Evaluation - Participants to fill out an evaluative form to find how they currently fare on the core competencies
- Discussion on results and points to ponder
Personal Vision - Create a personal vision that reflects your individual trainer brand, credos and philosophy
- Participants present their vision

Day 2


Training Metrics - How can the effect of training be quantified? Understanding Training metrics and how to utilize them
Best Delivery Methods - Group presentations on effective and creative training methodologies
- Discussion on key findings
Overcoming Setbacks - Dealing with setbacks, limitations, unforeseen circumstances
- Overcoming stress and ‘trainer’s block’
- Managing an aggressive, hostile or non-serious audience
Building your Brand - Use of social media and marketing tools to establish your brand identity in the market place
