Workshop Outline


Day 1


Core Competencies Exercise - Role play highlighting effective versus ineffective coaching
Core Competencies – Group Presentation - Group discussion on the findings followed by presentation by groups on core competencies
Self Evaluation - Participants to fill out an evaluative form to find how they currently fare on the core competencies. Discussion on results and points to ponder
Personal Vision - Create a personal vision that reflects your individual Coach brand, credos and   philosophy. Participants present their vision

 Day 2


Coaching Toolkit - Group discussions and presentations on an array of coaching tools based on previous day’s handout
Application of the Toolkit Exercise - Case study and Role Play
- Discussion on key findings- what worked and what didn’t? Tie back to customization and understanding coachee’s needs and competencies required to deliver
Coaching Teams - Dynamics and roles in teams; enablers and disconnects of team synergy and productivity; resolving team conflict and issues
Measuring the Impact of Coaching - How can the impact of coaching be measured? Understanding quantitative and qualitative factors and how to utilize results in showcasing your effectiveness and building your reputation as solution driven coach
