SOS Consulting was founded by Kathy McMahon and Bernie Jones, its Principal Consultants in 2001. Five years later we expanded our business to accommodate the growing demand for our services in the corporate and banking world.
Kathy McMahon
IMPACT Corporate Training was founded in 2001 by Kathy McMahon and Bernie Jones as SOS Consulting. For the past six years we have been designing and delivering high impact interpersonal skills training programs around the world. We have recently expanded our business to accommodate the growing demand for our services in the multi-national corporation and finance industries. In doing so we have changed our name to IMPACT Corporate Training to more accurately capture the essence of our business. Kathy is IMPACT’s customer service specialist.
Bernie Jones
Background is in corporate training and global cash management sales. Bernie’s experience includes five years with the Australian Taxation Office as training manager, twelve years with Chase Manhattan in training and sales, and two years with ABN AMRO in cash management sales. In 2005 Bernie was hired by one of his clients, Standard Chartered Bank, for a six-month contract to manage the Wholesale Bank training function globally. Bernie has been Managing Director of SOS Consulting since 2003, and retains this role with IMPACT Corporate Training. Bernie specializes in sales skills training.
Kevin Timmons
Comes from a background in Management Consultancy specializing in conflict resolution in the construction industry. Kevin has been contributing his wide range of management, communication and negotiating skills as a consultant trainer to SOS Consulting since 2004, joining as a partner of IMPACT Corporate Training in 2006. Kevin is IMPACT’s work-life balance specialist.
